Anti-procrastination template

In case you missed it last week (or on my Instagram), I made a to do list template on Notion. It’s based on the Eisenhower matrix, but includes a spot for self-care

Unhinged hack #1: sleep in tomorrow’s clothes

I wanted to maximize the amount of time I could sleep in for, so I just slept in my clothes for the next day.

That way, I can roll out of bed, grab breakfast I prepared the night before, and be out the door in 10 min (yes I timed it).

Unhinged hack #2: floss and brush your teeth in the shower

I used to never floss because I didn’t want to deal with the icky floss string.

But I got too many cavities 😭 so I started flossing and brushing my teeth in the shower (while washing my hair).

Unhinged hack #3: how I wake up early instead of pressing snooze for 1 hour

Note: this is not recommended for everyone, it took a few days/weeks of testing.

I drink 1 cup of water before bed, so by the time I need to get up in the morning, I’m forced to get out of bed instead of pressing snooze.

If you’re trying to fix your sleep, I recommend keeping your blinds/curtains open during the day so you can regulate your melatonin production.

Also sometimes I use the sleep calculator so even if I’m getting less than 8 hours, I don’t feel tired when I wake up.

Your feedback is appreciated
