I started the 75 hard challenge
Notion template inside + how it's going so far
“I’m so busy, I don’t have time to exercise.”
That’s what I thought…but then I started this challenge.
Here’s what I’m committing to for 75 days:
Exercise 45 min outside (usually a walk)
Exercise 45 min (can be inside or outside) (usually yoga/gym)
Drink 2.3 L (0.6 gallons) of water (technically it’s supposed to be more but I got too dizzy last time I attempted this challenge with more than 2.3 L 😅)
Stick to a diet (I’m already vegan so that’s easy)
Read 10 pages of a self-development or business book (cannot be audiobook)
I’m 1 week in, and so far the results have been interesting…

having a list of non-negotiables
Every day, I know my list of things to do before the deadline (end of the day).
Suddenly, everything I “didn’t have time for” became clear - and mandatory.
So I prioritized myself more:
On my daily morning walk: I started calling with friends / editing my videos
Every afternoon: I’d go to the gym even if I felt lazy
Every night before bed: I read for 5-10 min (it’s faster to read 10 pages than I expected)
my observations
I feel so much more creative. My life doesn’t revolve around work / computer stuff anymore
I have WAY more energy, even on days when I have to walk outside in the rain
Even when I don’t think I have time, I actually do (I can plan my day around my non-negotiables)
In the past when I said I was too busy for something, I was really saying I didn’t prioritize it (it wasn’t important enough to me)
So next time you think you’re too busy for something, rephrase it to “it’s not important to me right now.”
If it feels weird when you say that because you know you should prioritize it…
Maybe that’s a sign to build it into your habits now.
what this taught me
Life will always get in the way.
But if you don’t live more intentionally
(With non-negotiable habits),
You’ll never actually make progress on your goals.
It’s like this comment I saw on TikTok:
Turn “one day” into “day one.”
If you need help with sticking to your habits,
I’m hosting a 30 day habit consistency challenge as part of my course
(It’s literally built into the course).
You’ll hear more about it from me soon,
But in the meantime, here’s my 75 Hard Notion template if you wanna try it out yourself.
How was today's email? |
Til next time,
