3 day reset challenge
Last week, I dispelled some myths about consistency:
Being lazy is bad → it’s a signal for you to dig deeper
It’s your fault if you can’t stay consistent → it’s more your systems
You have too much on your to do list → you need better boundaries
And someone shared this feedback:
“I would like the action section to be emphasized more and have a larger focus on what steps can be taken to improve.”

So this week, I’m sharing exactly how some of my students stayed consistent.
2 year journaling streak: simple actions
Last week, I hopped on a call with some of my students - they took the life tracking course all the way back in 2024.
One of them told me she stayed consistent with daily journaling ever since completing the course 🤯
When I asked how, she told me it was like I said:
Keep your daily action so simple, it’s impossible to say no to it.
For example, when she’s journaling, she’ll sometimes feel uninspired and not know what to write.
On those days, she’ll start with a fact from the day (like the weather) or something - just to get some momentum.
Staying consistent: understanding what’s stopping you
Another student of mine told me he had a breakthrough:
After doing the Life North Star Metric + 5 Whys exercises
(Designed to help you find your life purpose and get to the root cause of your problems),
He discovered his “why” (life purpose) and his “why not” (what’s stopping him).
He told me he realized that he never felt good enough - and that’s why he couldn’t stay consistent.
After figuring that out, he was able to make better decisions as a byproduct, and he finished the first draft of his novel shortly after.
Finding time for content creation
The last student I chatted with struggled with finding time and energy.
After completing the time and energy audit activity (which she said she keeps telling her partner + all her friends to do lol),
She realized she’s always had time. It was literally right there in the spreadsheet calculator for her to see.
Now, she just had to make better use of it.
“If I hadn’t done this course, I wouldn’t have realized I had time to do content creation,” she told me.
In a way, this activity got her to realize that she’d rather invest her time towards her goals than let it pass without intention.
Because time is something you never get back.

2nd half of our call was via text cuz we had wifi issues lol
That’s why I’m launching a 3 day reset…
If you’re curious about the full course but not sure about the price tag, this is perfect for you.
Basically, I realized I needed to be more bold.
I wanted to move faster and help more people,
Because on my deathbed I knew I’d regret not trying my best to share ideas I know can help others.
It’ll be launching soon, so keep an eye out 🫶
Til next time,
Jennifer
